Ida
Ida May is a dancer and actress first — movement is her language. Her creative work in performance fuels everything she does within wellness. Drawing from her experience on stage and in front of the camera, Ida brings a unique artistic sensitivity to coaching: movement that connects, breath that grounds, and training that transforms.
Ida May is also a top-tier holistic personal trainer, movement coach, movement director based in London. Recognized as one of London's Top 5 Female Fitness Instructors, she was featured in Adidas’ documentary Meet The Creators as one of the city’s leading female innovators in movement and wellness.
Ida’s methodology is rooted in 360° training — Breath + Body + Mind.
Across yoga, functional strength, pilates, spinning, running, and meditation — breath is always the anchor.
She has coached a wide range of individuals, from world-class performers to beginners rediscovering their bodies.
Her past collaborations include:
• Artists — preparing them mentally and physically before album launches, music video shoots, and film projects
• Doctors and clinical teams — guiding patients through prehab and rehab for major surgeries and life-changing operations
• Corporate organisations — teaching workplace breathwork, yoga, and pilates to reduce stress and elevate wellbeing
• FIIT TV — teaching yoga and creating online programs / classes for a global digital audience
She has worked with names including David Beckham, Laura Mvula, and Natasha Liu Bordizzo, and delivered movement direction for campaigns with Nike, Peloton, Adidas, Jurgen Klopp, Florian Wirtz & LFC, Coco de Mer, and Dove, and more.
A creator and coach at heart, Ida has designed studio concepts, trained and mentored future instructors, and led international retreats.
