This 8-week journey is designed to open and align all seven chakras, moving from the Root Chakra (grounding) up to the Crown Chakra (higher awareness).
Each week, you’ll focus on one chakra with:
A 30-minute yoga class designed to activate and balance that energy center.
A 10-minute breathwork session to deepen the connection and flow of energy.
You can follow the program in order from Root to Crown for a full-body energy reset, or choose classes based on what you need at the moment. For example, if you want to cultivate more love and compassion, you can focus on the Heart Chakra that week.
This flexible approach allows you to personalize your journey while still receiving the full benefits of a structured program.
