She contributed her skills to a captivating campaign with Jurgen Klopp and his football team LFC.

  • I had been practicing Yoga for a number of years and I was falling into a routine of the same flows over and over, until I found Ida’s Chakra series, which really opened my eyes to what creative yoga is. The classes are all so different, yet so complimentary that makes me feel truly energised and open after I complete her class. Ida’s teaching is really clear which helps the flow of the practice and she gives great tips throughout that help with the trickier poses.
